Gift Bags (Festiva) are festive gift bags from malenadu, made for the season of giving. The bag has a warm orange finish, a traditional motif on the front and sturdy rope handles, so it looks good in your hand even before it is opened.
About our Festiva Gift Bags
We designed Festiva for Deepavali, but it works just as well for Ugadi, Sankranti, weddings and housewarming functions. The colour is bright and cheerful without being loud. The motif on the front is inspired by the folk art of our region, where patterns are drawn on walls and floors during festivals.
The bag stands on its own, has a flat base and is easy to carry. It fits neatly on a table at the entrance of a function hall, so you can hand it over to guests as they leave.

Tips for festive gifting
Decide your list early. Festival weeks get busy for couriers too and deliveries can take a little longer than usual. If you are gifting to people in different cities, sending directly to their homes saves you the trouble of carrying heavy bags around. Add a short handwritten note if you can. It takes two minutes and people remember it far longer than the gift itself. And keep one extra bag aside, because there is always one relative you forgot to count.
