Oil and Ghee
Good oil and ghee make all the difference in an Indian kitchen. This section has two things we are very proud of: wood pressed coconut oil and desi cow ghee.Our coconut oil is pressed slowly in a traditional wooden chekku, so it does not heat up and lose its natural taste and smell. It is not refined, bleached or deodorised. Use it for cooking, for tadka, for oil pulling or on your hair and skin.Our desi cow ghee is hand churned by farmer families, the old fashioned way. It takes a lot of milk and a lot of patience to make, so stock is always limited. The ghee is tested by a NABL accredited lab before it reaches you.Both are made in small batches in Malenadu and shipped fresh across India.
