Yes, we ship to most pin codes across India via our courier partners. In case your location is unserviceable, we will notify you after placing the order and issue a refund if required.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1โ2 working days. Delivery time ranges between 3โ7 working days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order is already shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Q. Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
All orders are non-returnable and non-refundable after shipping. However, if your product is received in a damaged condition, we may offer a replacement after reviewing photo/video evidence, subject to courier insurance approvals.

Q. Are your products organic or certified?
Our products are naturally grown by small and marginal farmers using traditional, chemical-free practices. While not all products are certified organic, they are randomly lab-tested for purity and free from harmful chemicals or adulterants.
Q. Where do your products come from?
All products are sourced directly from farmer producers from malenadu region of Karnataka.
Q. Are your products tested?
Yes. We do random testing in FSSAI-approved and NABL-accredited laboratories. You can view reports on our Lab Tests page for full transparency.

Yes, a nominal share contribution is required to become a member-owner of the company. This gives you voting rights and eligibility for profit sharing and collective benefits.
